3. Booking & Cancellations
Booking
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
You must be 18 or older to make a reservation.
Cancellation
Free cancellation policies vary by room type and season. These terms are visible before you confirm your
booking.
In the case of late cancellation or no-show, standard charges may apply (typically equivalent to one
night’s stay).
Group bookings (5+ rooms) may involve separate terms — please inquire directly.
4. Payment
Prices are listed in PLN (Polish Zloty), inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment can be made by credit/debit card, via secure online payment services, or on-site (for flexible
bookings).
We use encrypted systems and never store your full card data.
5. Your Stay: What We Expect
We expect mutual respect — for staff, guests, property, and atmosphere.
Noise should be kept low in common areas and rooms, especially after 22:00.
Smoking is not permitted inside rooms (unless in designated areas).
Guests are liable for any damages caused during their stay.
Adults-only areas (where specified) are enforced to ensure the experience remains as promised.

Content on our website (images, texts, logos, structure) is protected by copyright and may not be reused
without written permission.
You agree not to use the site in any way that may harm its performance, security, or other users.
We may update website content and functionality without prior notice.
7. Liability & Limitations
We do our best to ensure accuracy — but we can’t be held liable for any temporary unavailability, booking
interruptions caused by external systems, or minor errors.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to valuables not deposited in secured hotel safes.
